You can buy your Pontier by selecting the model you want in our catalog and clicking on “buy”. You can choose between two methods of payment: PayPal or credit / debit card (we allow purchases with Visa, Mastercard, etc).

As soon as you buy, we will send you a confirmation email indicating the details of your purchase and your order number. If you can not find it in the inbox, check the spam folder or write to us at info@pontierwatches.com

If you have purchased from Spain, you will receive an email / sms from the courier company as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You will be able to contact them directly in case there is an anomaly or modification in the delivery.

If you have purchased from Europe, in the confirmation email you will find a link tracking the order. Here you can check exactly where you are at any time and the contact details of the courier company.

If you have purchased from any country outside Europe, you will receive an email from the courier company as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You will be able to contact them directly in case there is an anomaly or modification in the delivery.

Shipping cats are free for all the world.

Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional costs (import taxes, customs duties and / or fees applied by the authorities of each country). Must be borne by the buyer.

The customs policies are very variable, so we recommend that you contact the local customs office to have all the information.

If your Pontier is destined for Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands: the delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.

If your Pontier is destined in Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla: the delivery time of 2-4 working days

If your Pontier is destined in the EU country: the delivery time of 1-2 working days.

If your Pontier is destined for a country outside the EU: the delivery time will be 2 -6 business days.

Orders placed before 15:00 will be processed by our logistics provider on the same day. Orders after 15:00 will be processed the following day.

Although the shipment we assume, those shipments destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs payments.

RETURNS

The User may return to Pontier any product that presents a manufacturing defect, without incurring any cost. The user will have a month to communicate to Pontier his lack of conformity with the product, provided he had knowledge of the defect, indicating the product, a photograph of it and a list of defects found.

After said period, the damages and damages claimed will not be assumed by Pontier. To request a change or return contact Pontier at the email orders@santafeltd.com indicating the order number, the reason for the change and the product. After receiving this communication, Pontier will inform in a maximum period of 4 days if it agrees to the return of the product, in which case, you must send the article with its original labels, packaging, documentation and accessories to the following address:

Once the product has been received and the defects proven, Pontier will proceed to replace it with another of identical characteristics, at no cost to the Customer.

The Customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product, to communicate its total or partial withdrawal of the purchase of the Product in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once the period of 14 days has elapsed, Pontier will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of Products. The return made in time will not involve any penalty. However, the Customer must bear the shipping costs.

The product must be in the same state in which it was received, with the original labeling and packaging. In case the product is not shipped with the original packaging the item may suffer a depreciation.

The refund of the amounts paid will be made within 14 calendar days following the date on which the customer has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract, and Pontier may retain the refund until he has received the product or until the said return .
