Quality & Guarantee

Are your watches water resistant?

Our watches are water resistant to 3 ATM. This means that the watch is suitable for daily use, hand washing and splashing water; but we do not recommend wearing the watch while doing more water-exposed activities such as swimming, diving or showering.
It is also not advisable to wet the straps to prevent them from becoming damaged and wearing excessively.

Product Guarantee

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch itself (movement, case, crystal) and of the strap. Parts other than those listed above are not covered by this warranty. For this warranty to cover replacements, please contact our customer service at info@pontierwatches.com. In the email, you must specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem with photographs. Finally, in the subject line of the email, please indicate “Purchase Complaint”.

Please note that the following repairs or replacements are exempt from warranty and will be invoiced in the following cases, even during the warranty period.
– Failures or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
– Damage or failure caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass, etc.).
– Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (scratches on the case and/or glass, wear or deterioration of the belt).
– In case the date of purchase is not indicated in the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten.
– For purchases made in stores, it is obligatory to attach the purchase ticket.
– Damage or failure caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
– Defects caused by corrosive acids or other products.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, strap or other parts thereof may be replaced by substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty assures you that you may receive a free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the term indicated, and may not restrict any legal rights of the customer.

We recommend that you visit your trusted watch center and allow it to review the damage, and if you believe that it is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service at info@pontierwatches.com.com for information on how to proceed.

Exchanges & Returns

Return Process

At Pontier you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you must return it in the same condition as you received it. Once we have received it, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase, with the exception of shipping costs, if any. For more information see our Returns Policy.

Drop off Return

The courier company will go to your home to pick up the order.

Shipping & Delivery

Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods

In the purchase process you will see a delivery time for your address, please, if your deadline has expired, please contact us at info@pontierwatches.com to resolve your issue.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email / sms from the courier company as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You will be able to contact them directly in case there is an anomaly or modification in the delivery.

Payment Methods

You can buy your Pontier by selecting the model you want in our catalog and clicking on “buy”. You can choose between two methods of payment: PayPal or credit / debit card (we allow purchases with Visa, Mastercard, etc).

Order

As soon as you buy, we will send you a confirmation email indicating the details of your purchase and your order number. If you can not find it in the inbox, check the spam folder or write to us at info@pontierwatches.com

Maintenance

Clean your strap

You can clean the cowhide straps (split leather) with a small brush, water and a little ammonia and taking care not to wet excessively the inner reinforcement so that it does not get damaged.

Brush it gently and let it dry without using dryers or other drying systems.

Replace battery

To replace the battery you can go to your trusted watchmaker, it’s simple and easy.
